      为了解中学女教师职业发展的瓶颈,笔者采用问卷调查和个别访谈的方式对湘潭市三所中学的女教师进行调查,从社会性别视角揭示中学女教师职业发展瓶颈的本源性问题。从政府干预、学校主导、自我赋权等方面入手是解除中学女教师职业发展瓶颈的应对之策。
英文摘要:
      In order to learn about the bottlenecks of high school female teachers’ career development,the authors use questionnaire and individual interview to make a survey on the female teachers of three high schools in Xiangtan.It attempts to reveal the primary problems of the bottlenecks of high school female teachers’ career development from the perspective of social gender.Governmental intervention,school-led policy and self-empowerment are the corresponding countermeasures to remove the bottlenecks of high school female teachers’ career development.
